The LCBA provides computer dealt hands (and hand copies) for a range of pairs and inter-county events, but not for centrally run heats of our internal teams events.
The LCBA expects that hands will normally be dealt at the table in league and other Home-Play matches, but permits the two captains to come to a prior agreement to use computer dealt hands subject to compliance with Law 6.
